The Panther was designed to counter the T-34 and had strong front armour, a powerful 7.5cm gun, and excellent off-road performance. Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer (Tank Destroyer)
Designed to fill the requirement of a low cost and easy to produce tank destroyer, the Hetzer was a reliable and widely used vehicle. Combining a solid set of stats, deceptively small size, and a relatively low cost, that makes the Hetzer an affordable but effective option for a Platoon Commander on a budget.
